The terms that apply when you use this website and book with Jigna Holidays. Last updated: 14 October 2026.
By using this website or booking with Jigna Holidays you accept these terms. Your written quote and booking confirmation form part of the agreement.
We arrange travel services (flights, hotels, transfers, tours, insurance and visas support) provided by independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels and local operators. We act as your agent for those services. Each supplier's own terms also apply, and we will share them on request.
A booking is confirmed when we receive the deposit stated in your quote and send a written confirmation. The balance is due by the date in the quote. Payments are accepted by bank transfer, UPI or cards. Late payment can lead to cancellation under the cancellation policy.
You are responsible for a valid passport, visas, permits, vaccinations and insurance. We can guide you but cannot guarantee visa approval, and visa fees are not refundable.

We take care in choosing suppliers and will help you when things go wrong. We are not liable for loss or delay caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, government action, airline schedule changes or acts of nature, or for the acts of suppliers, except as the law requires.
Travellers must follow local laws and supplier rules. We may end a service without refund for unlawful or dangerous behaviour.
Photos and text on this website belong to Jigna Holidays or are used with permission, and may not be copied without consent. Images are for illustration.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction. We will always try to resolve a complaint with you directly first.
